Frequently asked questions

Yes. You can change your plan on the Change plan page. The new plan is activated immediately after payment.
You can cancel in Settings → Subscription. After cancellation, you keep using the paid plan until the end of the current billing period — then your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data will not be deleted.
At 80% of your limit, you will see a warning. Once you reach 100%, adding new medicines will be blocked — you can delete existing medicines or change your plan.
After using your monthly scan limit (3 on the Free plan), you can watch a short video ad to earn an extra scan — no limit on how many bonus scans you can earn. Manual medicine entry remains available without restrictions. The Standard and Pro plans have no scan limit.
Yes. All data is stored on AWS infrastructure within the European Union (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Authentication is handled via Google OAuth 2.0 or email and password (Cognito SRP).
A company buys a pool of accounts (from 100) on the Standard plan as an employee benefit. Employees register with their company-domain email, and B2B terms and invoicing are agreed individually. Contact us for a quote.
The employee creates an account with their company email in a domain covered by the contract — the Standard plan activates automatically, with no payment on their side.
